O glorious St. Paul,
You were the "vessel of election" by the Holy Spirit to carry the gospel to the Gentile world. We invoke your intercession now to come to our elected officials with the same spirit of truth and wisdom that you preached so tirelessly. Though extremely learned, you relied completely on the Spirit and taught from the abundance of HIS truth. Please pray fervently for enlightenment regarding the sanctity of all life. Help our President to use his God given talents to become the great evangelizer of the unborn. Pray that your compassion, zeal, and love of the Lord flood his heart that he may be known as the defender of the most innocent and defenseless. Help him to raise our country from the darkness of lies to the light of God's universal truths.
We thank you that to this day, you'll still intercede for us all-the Church you so loved and helped mold. Pray for us all, St. Paul, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Follow with a prayer to St. Michael for the protection of all involved with Right to Life, and for Barak Obama, as he begins to respond to the Holy Spirit.
